WIENER, Circuit Judge. In this appeal of an age discrimination case,1 Plaintiff-Appellant Jimmy G. Moore asserts that the district court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee Eli Lilly & Co. (Lilly). Moore argues that the district court improperly imposed a ""pretext burden"" on him, and that there were genuine issues of material facts concerning whether Lilly's proffered reason for dismissing him was pretextual. Our plenary review of the summary judgment evidence places us in agreement with the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Lilly, so we affirm.
